Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance can I book my wedding?

Bridal bookings are STRICTLY taken 1 year in advance. Please note I do not take bookings prior to this exact time frame to ensure it is fair for all enquiring brides. Bookings are taken on a first in best dressed basis.

Do you offer travel for bookings?

Yes, I do travel to location for groups of 4 or more. Please note I do travel for smaller groups however I have a minimum spend amount for group bookings. Travel fees apply.

Are trial appointments compulsory?

Trial bookings are not at all compulsory but are strongly recommended. Please note Trial bookings does not secure your date. Your booking is only secure once a booking fee payment has been received.

Where are trail appointments conducted?

Trial bookings take place at our studio located in Endeavour Hills VIC. We do not travel on location for Bridal Trials, and Trial bookings are strictly conducted on selected weekdays only. During off peak season, selected weekend dates may be available.

Can I bring someone along with me to my trial booking?

Of course! If you prefer to bring someone along you are more than welcome to. We do however restrict this to one additional guest to your booking and please advise us you are bringing someone along prior to your appointment.
From previous experiences we do find trial bookings work best solely with the Bride in attendance only.

What do I need to bring to my trial?

Please bring anything you will use on the wedding day like extensions, head pieces or veils. If you are planning on getting extensions but haven’t got them yet, it is a must that these are purchased prior to your trial.

Can I have a trial before booking in my date?

You may book a trial before paying a deposit, however this will not secure your wedding date. Should a client wish to pay a deposit for the same date, that payment will be accepted and we will advise you that date is longer available.

How do I secure my date?

Bridal bookings can be secured 1 year in advance. In order to secure your booking a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee is deducted from the final cost. Date isn’t locked in until payment has been received.

If I cancel my bridal booking, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately Booking fees are non-refundable. This payment covers administration costs and takes your date off the market for other brides. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions before paying your deposit.

How do I prep my hair for the trial or the wedding day?

Please wash your hair the day before with 2 shampoos and conditioner only. No treatments to be used the week prior also. Once your hair is towel dried, please don’t put any products in your hair. Only use a heat protection spray. Blow dry your hair straight with either a paddle brush or round brush. Please don’t use any straighteners on your hair to smooth it out. If you struggle to blow dry your hair it is recommended to get a professional blow wave the day before. If you have naturally curly hair and want to leave it natural, please wash this the morning of and leave wet for me to style.
