Bookings are STRICTLY taken up to 1 year in advance.
A minimum of 4 adult services is required for all mobile bookings. If less than 4 people, the minimum is $480 not including travel fee.
Travel starting from $100. If travel is more than 2 hours away a night’s accommodation must also be included.
Services are limited to 8 people depending on start time. If more services are requested an additional stylist will need to be arranged.
Parking fees will apply for locations that don’t have free parking. This fee is additional to travel cost.
15% surcharge fee applies if your event is on a public holiday weekend.
Early start fee applies if start time is before 7am.
If for any reason someone has pulled out getting their hair done for group bookings, the pricing will not be altered due to loss of earnings. Your balance owing will remain the same as per invoice. Extra people may be added subject to availability.
All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. This also applies to events that have been cancelled for personal reasons.

The following cancellation fees apply if notification of booking cancellation is received:
- More than 14 days prior to booking date = Loss of deposit
- 7 to 14 days prior to booking date = 50% of invoiced amount
- Less than 7 days to booking date = 100% of invoiced amount
