Bookings are taken no more than 1 year in advance.
A minimum of 4 adult services is required for all bridal bookings. If less than 4 people the minimum is $500 not including travel fee.
Travel starting from $100. If travel is more than 2 hours away a night’s accommodation must also be included.
Services are limited to 8 people depending on start time. If more services are requested an additional stylist will need to be arranged.
Parking fees will apply for locations that don’t have free parking. This fee is additional to travel cost.
15% surcharge fee applies if your wedding is on a public holiday weekend.
Early start fee applies if start time is before 7am
If for any reason a member of the bridal party or guest pulls out, the pricing will not be altered due to loss of earnings. Your balance owing will remain the same as per invoice. Extra guests may be added subject to availability.
All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. This also applies to weddings that have been cancelled for personal reasons.

The following cancellation fees apply if notification of booking cancellation is received:
- More than 14 days prior to booking date = Loss of deposit
- 7 to 14 days prior to booking date = 50% of invoiced amount
- Less than 7 days to booking date = 100% of invoiced amount
